Sketchbook

Vienna – Whenever Artur Zmijewski and I meet, he brings his sketchbook and our discussions are accompanied by collaborative drawing sessions. Artur uses drawing as a mode of communication. We met in Vienna last April and filled almost a whole sketchbook with colourful ink and marker drawings. Our editorial meeting – we are doing a book together about the work we developed in the frame of the 7th Berlin Biennale 2012 – is documented in the form of sketches and we developed our ideas with the help of drawing.
